I do not know how accurate this vid is but it looks like the chunks of Satellite are coming down mostly over Russia which could mean that it would have went down over Russia or the North pole which then means anyone and every one China, Russia, who every else would then have a chance to recover it. So I say good shooting USS Lake Erie!
