Curious... this was in the upper right corner of my computer screen as a featured video... beautiful song, what more could I say? :)
It helped me relax after trying to learn Reckoner and being all rusty with this song... not that I was tense, just a bit tired, since it's not your usual easy--to-play song. :)
Congratulations on the featured video, and thanks for sharing it.
Just watched this for the first time. It has the perfect balance of Radiohead being your biggest influence and not sound like them. So congrats on an original song. And thanks for the tutorials.
This sounds so pleasant to the ears. What's up with you, upload more original shit. It's not just a cute lil song that kinda sounds like every other original song on youtube, this is a song on an album I'd buy if the others songs were even half as good..hope you can tour and record one day man
warren, i love your style, and i'm very excited about the music of your band!!! so huge... i think, we will hear about you guys in following times... just continue informing us^^
well done sir! it is time for you to move on to the next level. tour around, have fun while you're young cuz you got nothing to lose unless you never venture out. good luck and god bless.
beautiful song. the guitar part gives me shivers. the only thing i can think of, for constructive criticism purposes only of course, is that perhaps you could add another octave to the vocals - just to make the lyrics a little more dynamic. grab you even more. perhaps you cousld swith at the second "we move..." in the chorus? whatever. beautiful as is. just my two cents. good luck!
That was so beautiful. Your playing and your vocals are absoloutly mind blowing! I also checked out some of your other work, and I love all of it. Boy am I glad I subscribed. Keep em' coming Warren.
Great job Warren. It looks like your excellent ear for music carries over to your original compositions and isn't just wasted trying to help the rest of us sound like Radiohead ;)
wow that was amazing, could defintely see some ambient static and sigur ros type organs building up to a crunching angular guitar moment. Could see some radiohead influence in your song structure, if I was going to write a song (I have tried) I always try to structure them like that. I think it would be an insult to you say you belong on American Idol.
That was great!! Good work Warren! I really loved the way the song builds up to the climax at the end, very nice indeed. I've enjoyed the Radiohead tutorials you've uploaded so thanks for that. Did Radiohead influenced your own music? Good luck to you and Phonofield, can't wait to hear a complete studio version of 'The Flames'!
That melody gives me chills....
