  • The water in this, rule of thumb is quinoa needs 2.5 times of water to cook, & dal for this texture needs 3 or 4 times the water (all by volume)

  • @DrMahanbirSingh I don't think qinoa grows in India at all, so there's no name 4 it.in the Indian languages. But it is, like, cousin of chaulai (the seel ke laddu we eat in Punjab). I have looked for this info 4 several yrs, & not found the name. Pls share with us if u find it.

  • @tanguera2007 did anyone answer you? you need to rinse the raw quinoa serveral times before cooking.
