Check out TheNurseChannel I, as well as other nursing gurus, do videos on there everyday. My days are Sunday, but we all collaborate on a subject of the week so-to-speak. I'm going to be in the same boat as you soon! Going back to school and I will be 32! Been debating between Nursing and Pharm and I'm leaning towards Nursing I think b/c it's much quicker.
I agree when u say pay check to pay check sucks (raising hand) b/c it does suck and how kids should just to college right out of high school (I'm telling my 15 year old daughter that as well)

RIght now I'm prepping to start LPN at the tech school for a year, and then move on over to the community college to bridge into RN. One step at a time. Chemistry will help you with pharmacy calculations when you get into the nursing program. I am 41 and I am in my second semester of nursing. I will start my third semester August 18 th. This has been the toughest thing I have ever done. I have made really good grades, but it is really tough. All the patient paperwork is the worst. Good luck!
@donnaandjay I would love to just start all of the actual nursing courses, but I understandt that the pre-reqs will help me do better in those classes. :) See, I love paperwork...yes, I'm weird. lol I'm so glad you're doing well!!
