I think all of the "extra tracks" were core character themes, save for Sozekore no Blue Moon; meant as a throwback to the actual Psycho Soldier game. And really... I think it's my third favorite, behind '96s AST version (really, it's a work of art all it's own) and the KoF 2002 UM version.

@Xjreme18 This is one of the bonus tracks that were added to the PS2 port of the game - there's only one version, whether you use the original or arranged soundtrack in the game.

I don't like that Xi name thingy , it would have been more suitable if they just have kept naming it by the year

This version is better than the kof 99 acid mix

Why on earth they didn't make a suitable theme for real kyo (leather jacket) instead of putting a random music for him and his Iori and shingo team

The reason they stopped naming by the year is that they decided it was not a good idea to make one every year. Pretty much the same thing that happened with the Unreal Tournament series.

Is Ex Kyo supposed to be a clone or something? I remember normal Kyo's victory quote against Ex's refers to clones, but I don't know if that's serious.

No, he's an extra character, so he's not really anything; he's just there. And the clone quote is a reference to the NESTS arc, back when he first got that white jacket he wears; there was an army of Kyo clones, but they got scrapped for no good reason.

This is a nice remix and a fitting song for EX Kyo, Although this doesn't seem like a remix of The Original Acid Mix in 99, It seems like it's a Acid Remix in name only.

This Remix has a more natual feel then the techno feel to me ^_^

Also about the song Tears, I think that could be in 2002 UM, It would make sence if they use it there.

Just a little note: its "ESAKA?" with a question mark. Esaka is a different theme (Kyo's '95 theme, IIRC).

"Esaka?" is his team's '96 and '98 theme, and "Esaka" is his team's theme for '94-'95, but "Esaka ~ Acid Mix" is the theme for the Kusanagi clones in '99. They just remixed it for XI as an inside joke (since you can't have two Kyos in the same team.)
