I only jump 6m... and only run 11:04 on the 100m... let's hope i'll gain some inches 'cause being small (5"6') makes it harder lol

@moodz2 get someone to videotape you so you can see what you did wrong and correct it. dont lengthen strides, takes away power and distance. put something out in the pit to jump over in practice.
