Mr. Welsh great job on all your tutorials. I recently purchased lessons 1-23 as i am just starting in Zbrush 3.1 and have not upgraded to 4 as of yet. I'm very thankfull for the time and effort. Thanks

I'm so frustrated. I create a new layer, I make sure the EYE icon is turned on, I make a sculpt change on the mesh, but then I try turning the intencity slider down and there is no change. These layers are by no means intuitive to use, yet I find barely any tutorials or info regarding how to properly use them or troubleshoot issues.

For some reason my layer system is inactive on this one model head I started working on (my first ZBrush model) and I have no idea how to make it active again. Any idea why that may have happened? When I open a Sphere 3D the layers are active as normal, but with my head model everything is greyed out. Please help.
