Hey, has any individual here utilised Gallactico 324 Diet (google it) , one of my fellow workers lost good portion of weight using Gallactico 324 Diet, however wanted a consumer review before opting for that.
@dgwear69 agreed, with only proper dieting they will be visible, but you can trim of all the fat and you may only be left with a shitty weak six pack with no lower abs and no obliques, in another words core excercises hardly contribute in making the abs visible but they do contribute to make the mid section look a million dollars. i've seen loads of people with good mid-section but 90% of them are never even close to a completely built core even some pro bodybuilders.
@daswada9 i did but because of me not being the fittest person in the world, cardio would hurt my legs! it reached the point where one of my legs hurt for like 3 weeks so i decided not to... so yeah just like push ups, sit ups, cruches, butterly(dont have a bench so do it on the floor) punch a boxing bag now and then
@bozy99 My friend, you might be having huge ab muscles but they're hidden under the fat you have, get yourself down to 10% body fat to start seing your abs, also this is done by doing regular cardio and eating proper nutrition!
@YuberSepiroth You're focusing on the wrong muscle when you crunch upward. Focus on abs, hold your neck steady but relax it. Keep your hands on the side of your head, not the back.

its ab isolation, no hip flexors involved, lower back does not leave the floor.. shoulders raise to the ceiling no neck movement
