Having great handles (legally) is what made players special. Now with out calling carrying or"palming" makes it too easy for the players. Even the Pearl with his spin move kept his hand on top of the ball. Now they have their hands are under it almost every time on a simple cross over. Shoot whats next ? Palming; Bringing the ball above your shoulders or getting your hand below the halfway sphere of the ball and turning it over to advance the ball. Pretty simple, other wise lets call the NBA the Globe Trotters and let them walk and throw buckets of confetti during time outs. If the NBS refs don't make that call it will turn into street ball. Fun to watch but the skill level is going down hill
