I don't suppose you ever considered that this is who he is on the inside. By matching the inside with the outside he feels complete. It's easy for you to accept who you are because you match.

My opinion is that people over-impose their values on others. If you are comfortable in your body that's fine. A lot of people are not for different reasons and I think that everyone has the right to do what they need to with regards to their personal physical and mental state, to be happy. Every one gets drains, and it SUCKS to get them taken out. Most surgerys are done in 2 stages, the inital removal of material, (they have to leave some in so their is a good blood supply to the nipple to heal well. Then ya have to wait at least 1 year for the rivision. They screwed up the vien in my are and it felt calcified for 5 months, I didn't have a big chest to begin with. I is major surgery...Do reserch...Good luck
