@jeromeycummins I went with a 4" stroker crank in an LQ9 with 4.030" pistons making it a 408.

@jeromeycummins Oil wasnt bad. only had like 2k on it. second oil change since I had bought the car. I only put like 6k on it total

Same problem with my '99 T/A. Change your a/c belt not serpentine belt. If noise is still on then check you pulley or bearing...

that aint a pulley or belt, that is a spun bearing.
