Hey J! You are absolutely right, the lyrics are by Günther Schwenn! The record is "Brillant Special", the orchestra is the Orchestra of the Scala Berlin, directed by Otto Stenzel and the refrain is sung by Paul Hagedorn, which sounds very Dutch to me... Maybe Parlophonman has some info about him... Now I'm intrigued! Ps. Record is in good condition too.
