If you watch the Japanese version of Sailor Moon you quickly realize that it was made for teenaged girls and boys. The REAL second episode of the first season of Sailor Moon had Melvin (Umino in Japan) flipping the teacher's skirt up. They show the teacher's panties and everything. Also, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune were LOVERS in the original, not cousins.

Eternal Sailor Moon is the only one who does not have a tiara in Sailor Stars.

The others do, but the round gemstones that are in the tiaras are replaced by star-shaped gemstones of the same color.

I know this is fanmade and you can tell it fanmade, due to the face that the person who created this took the poses from when the senshi/scouts finished transforming and painted what would be their eternal forms over whatever version that the senshi are using.

@blackchickiedee7 I'm sure they would've if the anime had continued. The anime/manga seemed to follow a set pattern as to the upgrades. Sailor Moon got hers every season, while the others received their every other season (after R). So if there had been a 6th season, we could probably have expected to see the other girls get their Eternal Upgrades, and Sailor Moon would have gotten a stronger upgrade.
