i dont get how people dont think its haunted. hundreds and hundreds of mentally challenged children were brutally beated and killed from either malnutrition, disease, MIs perscribed or misdosed medication and brutal beatings. the whole grounds is filled with angry souls. my moms cousin died there and an autopsy report said she was beaten by a blunt object, but there excuse was she fell down the stairs

Ladd school is not even the slighest bit hard to get to. Its only about 200 feet past Exeter Pizza down the road where theres a sign that says Job Corps Acadamy on either your left or right, depending on which direction you approach it from. You take your first right and you'll see a big modern looking building. stay right and there you are.

there is a very small building nearest the fire house...it's very secluded from all the other buildings. it's haunted. i tell u this with total honesty n from experience. 2nd floor. go and c 4 urself.

ladd school is not haunted. you want haunted? go to norwich state hospital in preston ct, thats haunted and freaky shit. 60+ buildings connected by underground tunnels, its really amazing place. anyone interested in going with me and my crew hit my up on aim. xrustyeffectx

my cousins friends aunt went to school there she was put in the pornography room and had to reenact what she saw then she got raped and got pregnant from it my cousins friends went at night they heard mattresses moving (because the children would move mattress to sleep next to their friends) when my cousin went during the day they saw those rooms you put dead people in my cousin stepped on something she looked down and it was a body bag (where they would place dead bodies)
