The EPA Chief refused to answer the obvious yes-no question and attempted, rather pathetically, to obfuscate and deceive. It didnt work. Remarkable also is Whitehouses questioning of disgraced AG Gonzalez. Way to go, Senator! You make us proud!

The EPA is seriously flawed and takes it directives from Washington.  In 9/11 they said the air was clear on ground zero and now over 70 percent of the rescue workers have hazardous health issues because it wasn't.
