Aikido doesn't have the monopoly off break-falling. anyway this exercice as it is is pretty bad : always tuck your head in when you fall, otherwise you gonna hurt your neck.
Is that you teach? Anything more than that?

taiji only concentrates on qi-jing energy. jin-na is not considered taiji at all
