Stay on your toes and balls of your feet. You need solid footwork first for that shot.
Your approach shot footwork is flat-footed and incorrect.
Your coach is incorrect- approaching the net with that flat-footed approach shot run.
Stay on your toes and the balls of your feet, like when you jump rope, your footwork to the net should have your weight forward, on the balls of your feet, hitting the stroke, and bouncing lightly on the balls of your feet to recover for the next shot.
you only run through low or really short approach shots, for high balls or floaters you need to set your feet otherwise your timing will be very off. remember todays game is all about open-stance with upwards-explosion from the feet to hips to generate power.
Just curious, but have you ever tried to run through a high short ball?? haha try it then think about it, then get back to me.
I mean ur strokes are great but seriously with that coach i think its gonna be kinda hard to get to the next level!..she's really slow..if u r trying to get far, i dont think she's the coach, she's a coach more for like a hobbie
@VASTSAMO I dont think you know what you're talking about lol. This coach was like 250 in the world and coaches a lot of top ITF players , + travels with them.
@AliciasAce Hey I really like your strokes and wanted a good coach to work with me for ITF's and other national tournaments. what is the coaches name and how can I contact her??
@VASTSAMO yeah seriously what the hell are you talking about. a coach doesn't need to be a douche bag to be a good coach. just because she's giving her positive feedback doesn't make her a coach for 10 and under players lol. some people need to think before they post shit
@allatlantajuniortenn where did YOU get your info. go watch any pro match and maybe they don't completely stop dead in their tracks but if your running into any shot you'll have no balance, no control over you body and core, and probably end up falling
Sorry, but a higher repetition sinks into muscle memory faster and deeper. But I presented it as a bit of a smartass. My apologies. I break away from the deep videos to relax and have a little fun from time to time. We'll you both are cute and have great figures, so whatever you are doing keep it up. Don't listen to me. Enjoy : )
you look like you are trying or being told to land on your left leg and balance there but keep bringing your right side of your body around like you seem like you naturaly want to
I can tell your a wonderful athlete. Training seems to have paid off, both on and off the court. I am associated with at the Tennis Center College Park, Home of the Junior Champions. If ever you want to visit, I invite you to stop by and train with the highly talented kids like yourself.
Good luck with your tennis career. What part of Florida are you training? Are those apartments where the players stay during training? Are you at an academy or what?
hey keep up the good work, i love how you pop up when hitting the balls, more players need to use it because it give a little more momentum/power into the ball.
YOU SUCK ! CUNT.
