I know my own laws very well and I have studied them. I have taken Criminal Justice and pass with an A. It is NOT illegal to profile anyone. To know what an illegal alien looks like depends on what part of the country you look for them. If you are along the Southern border waiting for someone to jump it, you will know that 98% of them are Mexican Citizens. According to statics by the USCIS and Dept of Justice most illegal aliens are mexican nationals. Not all mexicans are but most are.
