I notice that there are a lot of shared characteristics amongst the villain characters:

ALL of the characters have HUGE sclera (white part of the eye) and tiny irises (or pupils if there is no iris.)

The non-humans all have yellow sclera.

With the exceptions of Cruella, Yzma, and Ursula, they all have long faces. Mostly the chin area is elongated.

With the exception of Ursula they are all VERY thin.

Finally, the male characters have facial hair except Hades!
