Yes, on Fridays at 10:00pm est. and Saturdays at 8:00pm est. the show is live, with the host, Chris Cashman, the One, and the Mob.

Login to Xbox Live.

Go to your "Events" tab, and click on the "1 vs 100" section to see a list of dates when the show will be live. (Right now, there is no "official" area where the game is, you just have to do it through the Events tab. In the future, I think it will be called the "Primetime Channel."

Finally, choose a date and click "Schedule a reminder." Login to Xbox Live on that date around 5-10 minutes before the time to begin downloading the "episode." You will then be prompted to play.

You don't win anything in the beta. The only prizes handed out in the beta are for the sweepstakes where you can win the TV and other stuff. Chris kept saying you don't win any points yet.
