thank you so much, I'm such a terrible prosrastinator, I never used to be this way but now it's terrible!! I'm a university student in England and I always find myself putting off things till the last minute. The funny thing is that, I always fell like I'm busy doing things but at the end of the day or week, if you asked me what constructive thing, I did, I may not have any credible answers. :-( I'm watching all your videos and bells are ringing, you are so right!!
our house isnt even remotely cluttered like some 'pack rats', but lately ive started clearing stuff out that has no use and we never even see, it feels great. your videos were helpful to my attitude while watching. you are for the better good
seems like only us silly americans have these problems
My words exactly, so true! I am going out today to purchase a kichen timer. I remember my mother using one when I was younger to keep me focus on doing one thing. Thanks Rita. I also love your book Manage Your Time to Reduce Your Stress: A Handbook for the Overworked,
Overscheduled, and Overwhelmed. At first I thought it was a book about managing your stress but instead it is about managing your time to reduce or eliminate stress. I experience Ah Ha moments throughout the entire book!!
