  • This plays when you see waves of serious shoppers looking for discounts.

  • Marty's attempt on Polands solo in the beginning and at 4:38 shows how complex Poland was. I have the original guitar tracks of this song on my channel if anyone is interested. Sorry to say but

    Poland> Friedman.

  • @zzzhuh

technically I would say "Brodrerick > Friedman > Young > Poland > Pitrelli

But Poland had probally the best little extra. I love his album Return to Metalopolis.

  • @ulizinho Really? I thought that Young was very mild and in interviews dave even says that Young couldn't do Poland's solo but ya his solo album is AMAZING. I'd love to see him go up on stage with megadeth one last time.

  • @ulizinho How can you say Pitrelli is last.... my guess is you havent given him a chance.LOL young should be last by far even though hes sick!

  • WOW

  • AMazing!!

  • love the scream at 1:52

  • Blistering live version of this song. First four MD albums are their best offerings.

  • Marty & Poland solo style is totally different, exotic & Japanese scale dont sound anything like acid jazz rock, also Marty just joined the band less than a year at the time

  • Is it just me... Marty failed the solo? I love Friedman, but he really sucked on the solo.. Compared to Poland's live plays..

  • @11DNA11 I dont think he "failed" it, its just Friedman always tries to improvise in his own way on all the songs. In this case his improvisation didnt match the songs scale. xD

  • thanks to Lars and Hetfield to kick Dave from Metallica...hehehe

  • @nwobhm38 What's your opinion of Megadeth sharing the (same) stage with Metallica-via the Big Four concert?

  • Awesome. Although this has a darker feeling when played in a slower tempo, it's nice to hear them mix it up.

  • Black Friday! Paint the devil on the Wall!

  • this is one of the best metal songs ever

  • Now correct me if I'm wrong, but this is Vinnie Colaiuta on drums right? Because the drums sound incredible.

  • @ldave16l

the only time vinnie played drums for megadeth was on the studio takes of the system has failed. this is nick menza...

  • @BeyondTheGates87 That's strange. I looked on Vinnie's site and Warchest was in his discography. Maybe it was some other songs.

  • Favorite song by them.got me into the band :) i wish they could play this live.

  • good shit

  • espetcacular yeAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH????

  • i kinda like this version better, probably because i heard it first.

  • marty cant do these solos right

    poland was better for megadeth

  • @justinjeanguyfaubert

It's kind of hard to replicate another guitar players technique and feel...especially in a solo

  • @JustinJeanGuyFaubert

Well its totally not marty's style. What if Chris tried to play Tornado of Souls or Lucretia...it would sound like shit!

  • @frogmanh

As a matter infact on one of megadeth's most recent tours(rust in peace anniversary) he did play tornado of souls,it was fucking awesome i was there.

  • you spelt mourning wrong. well you didnt spell it wrong, you put the wrong morning in the title. its mourning

  • dont put dave down like that

  • In this his voice sounds like that of the lead singer of Motorhead, just a bit. Actually, some parts of the song also sounds just like Motorhead in general.

  • One of Daves influences were Megadeth if I'm right.

  • Lol it's Motorhead

  • Oh wow i'm retarded

  • no you found one of the right bands to listen to

  • haha good point.

  • Lol dont feel bad, I once made a comment where I said AC/DC rocked, and then AC/DC sucked in the same sentence... You can probably guess which one I meant... I mean... Cmon... Its AC/DC :P

  • Haha I guess we all have moments like these.

  • LoL What?

  • yea daves own band influenced himself to start playing. i guess he can see into the future

  • haha i don't think megadeth is dave's influence...because he made the band lol =]

  • how the fuk wont people stand this intro. its by far the best intro to a fast incredible song. Hopefully they play it lonce at least and put it on a dvd. MUSTAINE #1 one of megadaves best riffs at 244 and the whole song.

  • God damn they play it fast

  • The best line up ever

    Megadeth owns

  • compare it to the studio version which is about 40 seconds longer

  • i think they are trying to play it faster so the crowd doesnt get bored because this is an extremely long intro some people will probably wouldnt stand it

  • Nick Menza is the god of drums, a real shame he got canned twice.

  • Fantastic!

  • this proof you can replace a guitarist but you'll never get the real solo vibe. poland solo fit better.

  • Yes

  • great!but i prefer it with chris poland's soloing!

  • I wish hed play this song live still!

  • Incredible.
