  • To idiot comments: Handstand pushups are extremely easy, a fat guy can do them no joke, superman pushups on the other hand are very difficult.

  • do push ups by blowing down on the floor and propelling yourself up and slowly down. make 1 repetition and your the push up king.

  • @LJlorenzenJr Ah, yeah, now I understand it. It would help if you would use punctuation the next time. Actually this skill is pretty hard and handstand push ups are not that hard. I could do them against a way when I was 15 years old.

    ik kan wel klap enzo, maar ik wil wat maar hoeveel push ups moet je ongeveer kunnen om een beetje te kunnen freestylen.

  • @masterph200012345678 What exactly do you mean with that question? These videos are actually all skill demonstrations. They are easy to make, short and good to show what kind of skills you can practise. I'll make some cardio videos and nutrition videos soon, but I'm busy with these at the moment.

  • @masterph200012345678 No, also flexibility, speed and interval cardio workouts as well. Otherwise I would be a lot stronger, since then I would have time to focus on one goal only.

  • @TheErickson300 Push ups, chest roullouts, weighted push ups and bench pressing. At least, that's the routine at the moment. If you ask me next month I might have a completely new workout.
