god bless your both! we need more black family and real chocolate/dark/brown skin black sons/kids in america in all the world! dark skin and black love are the best!
Literally crying tears of joy, this was just simply beautiful and I congratulate the newly weds and wish them peace and joy throughout their relationship. Go Sierra Leone!!!
you shouldnt say "African dance" afica is a continent not a country, each country in africa has their own traditions, language, and culture..its the most diverse in the world. Egyptian, morroccan, sudanese algerian is not like ugandan, nigerian, kenyan and ghaninian. we never call irish dance "european dance" so dont do it to africa.
Who ever knows better...is the groom taking off the bride's undies???? What is he doing under her dress? And explanations (what does it mean?) plse 4 those who're from Botswana?
lol he's taking off her garter...it's a bow type thing she wears on her thigh and he's supposed to take it off and throw it to the single guys...just like the wedding bouquet, whomever catches it is supposed to get married next..
Hello. He is taking off the bride's "garter belt". A garter belt is sometimes used to hold up panty hose (called stockings by some). By in this modern era, the garter belt is just decoration or sexy lingerie. It is an American (maybe British) thing for the man to take off the garter belt. I'm Nigerian (based in US) and think that the tradition is TACKY! LOL.
I Love everything about this video, from the energy of the beautiful African People of all parts! I personally don't know where everybody is from, but I don't care about that, the most important thing about this wedding video is that It's simply magnificent! starting from the handsome groom, and the beautiful bride! It's shows how the energy flows in the room, and from experience West African are the most chill, and fun people to be around!
i'm sorry but that is not an LIB wedding; maybe the bride if of Liberian descent but the groom name is definately Sierra Leonean (Alusine Sylvester Kamara) from Temne tribe probably, usually given to twins -Alusine and Alassan. the song is also from sierra leane Tutu party by Emmerson.
not just at LIB functions, most other African nationalities we meet will automatically talk about 'that Sierra Leonean music TUTU PARTY' they play at thier funtions...
i'm doing a dj gig at a wedding on saturday, i understand there is a contingent of african guests there, zimbabwe, congo, nigeria, west africa. also people from brazil and phillipenes. I'm wondering if anybody can tell me the name of this song and perhaps give me the names of similar popular wedding music from your great continent. I should add i'm latin american dj in Ireland.
I just got married 6 months ago, and my husband and I are still looking at our wedding pictures just like it was yesterday. :) Awesome wedding!!!!! Now who's planning the baby shower? ;)
