Seriously my favorite comedian and that includes a list of greats. He died prematurely...I honestly thought if I got to see him live that I would get to hang with him.  Ironically I was connected to someone that knew his widow Lynn shortly after his departure. I love the comment that he was always smiling...a trait I always admire in a person. One of the most "real" and funniest comedians of the modern era. RIP Mitch...we hardly knew ye.

Mitch was coming off his 3rd appearance on Letterman and had a tentative sitcom deal, yet he never had the opportunity to let the world know what he was really thinking. Fuck Charlie Rose. @shishimore I never thought about it really but I'd say it's because they were destined for greatness and taken too soon. They are both incredibly unique and talented at their given professions. They actually do have a similar look, but they were both troubled and had amazing passion for their arts. I think that's what makes them similar.
