I know someone who lives in Mexico, he would laugh when I told him how bad it was getting. He would tell me it's not a problem where he lives.
Just talked to him recently and he said in the next town there have been a bunch of kidnappings for ransom, the families paid the ransom, but the Kidnappers chopped up the bodies, and sent them back to the families.
