@TheFragglemuppet They're the league badges on uh... I think this is Pokemon Diamond. I'm not sure what the background music is, but I know it's in one of the cities you visit in-game.

The notes are lower if the badges are dirty, so you can leave one dirty if you need just one note to be lower.
