In my opinion, Sony Ericsson are crap.

I have had about 2 or 3 Sony Ericsson's and they all broke.

The worst one was the W580i. Which is pretty similar to the S500i.

The keypads break.

Dont get one.

He does not have any problems with the keys-all are ok

+ when you cahrge it you should keep keys opened

Personally i have slider Nokia and if it's locked when i charge it-the same effect it gets warm-the same problem to all who i know who have sliders or sliders or "flip ups"

This phone is great at music, games even typing messages.

You need to put your theme on 'everchanging' The colour will change from blue to purple and pink. Maybe more, I only have this phone for 2 days, Just love it!

i have the w580i and my sis has the s500i. mine is definantely better and it has a wider range of music options including fm radio. u cnt edit pics or vids with the s500i. mine cn also recognize a song and tel u the artist an wat its called just by hearing a few bars of a song, if tht means anythn to u. bt overall the w580i is better.
