I realize this video is from 4 years ago, but Creative Memories has an AWESOME digital program! And you can either order the pages through them or save them as a jpeg and have them printed where you'd like.

Those are so cute! I have a bunch of pages waiting to get printed, but I haven't had any made into physical copies yet. I can't wait! Have you ever used the Shutterfly 12x12 books?
