They can't all get scholarships to play in Austin. Mack Brown gets as many as he can...

My point was, that the better players are usually going to go play at the best programs. Those which have the best chance at a championship, during their years of eligibility. Baylor has never been able to make that case, A&M has fallen off since the 90's, and Tech's success has only come about fairly recently. None of those compare to Oklahoma as it stands now....
