A question about EFT: When you tap on a block it erases the negativity of the thought so you don't associate negative emotions with that thought. But, if I tap on a positive affirmation, wouldn't it erase that positivity? or wouldn't my subconscious mind understand that it has to erase any emotion - positive or negative? Gary Craig says that you use tapping for erasing negativity, but he doesn't say anything about positive affirmations (at least I haven't find it).

scientist' say there will be a solar event in 2012 - no one knows how it will effect us so why worry? Seems all the people from the Secret are doing great due to books and videos they sell - using their name and expertise (I suppose) - we all can't write books or make videos so we have to wonder how and where our financial success will come from, especially if you are retired and have no job prospects. re the "abundance" theories popular now: I heard all the authors of "The Secret" are now suing eachother. When one desires to "live large" materially and accumulate lots of excess luxuries beyond one's real needs, bad karmas tend to follow, because these desires are based in ego and avarice. I say, just desire what you need in order to accomplish your good purposes here on earth, not excess luxuries. I've noticed that those with such more modest desires often find rewards of abundance anyway.
