This car is probably one that was wrecked, and totaled by the insurance and they bought it at the salvage sale. A totaled SS camaro can be bought for around $10,000. If I found one I could buy for that i would make it all motor too and let it look like shit on the outside. Shiney paint doesnt make a car fast, whats under the hood does..

@becoming29 i think you'll find that the quotation marks in the title hint at it being done in the guise of a rat rod. to call it a piece of sh** though is not quite fair when i have seen rat rods that are barely being held together by the rust covering them and their chassis' about to split in half. this is a one of a kind rat rod style camaro with 800hp by the sounds of it, which is by no means a piece of Sh**.

Yes this car would beat anything I will ever own and it is very powerful, but I wouldn't want to be seen in it. People make rat rods of of pre-60's era cars, I have a 2nd gen F-body and am very into 1st & 2nd gens...never seen a "rat rod" version of one. Just dumb.

I'm not sure if modern day Rat Rods are working as intended :D maybe it's an US thing ... In the EU we buy eco-boxes and do engine swaps on them, or buy hot hatchbacks and add another turbo, but this .... this has to be one of the most outrageous/original camaros out there :D
