You will see that same verse is used in other verses and if it is Muhammad then it means following.

The word that is pointed out to be Mohammad in this verse is the Hebrew the word mahamaddim, when spoken this word sounds similar to the name Mohammad. But in reality in the Hebrew language means delights, delightfulnesses & not Mohammad. Though Muslims need to find Muhammad mentioned because the Qur'an claims so, the Song of Songs is neither part of the Torah or the Gospel, so that this verse wouldn't help at all to satisfy this demand of the Qur'an even if it were to speak about Muhammad.
