man, I have always wanted to have a crack at one of those conversions, what kinda things u gotta do , apart from obviously the sump, and perhaps steering shaft, exhaust, to squeeze one in there? I have an old style KB rodeo I was thinkin about dropping the v8 in, much less room compared to my LJ.
mate its easy as, no sump mods no sterring mods, just a hq-z sump stock manifolds, trimatic box and a bit of hammering to the firewall, it even passed scrutineering at the perth motorplex and they were hard as, ran 12.5 on 175 stokies at 112 mph spinning all thro 1st and 2nd

i have sum pics, and a few test burnout vids, still adding stuff to it atm , put a 1 in spacer under the carb, methanol needle n seats ect, there is a couple of vids on my profile
same.... just took the motor n box out of the torana... and its in primer at the moment.. running out of money, and not enuff damn time to finish it !!
lookes good, i have a holden 355 stroker in my gemini, its off its head , bout 440hp with heaps of torque, nothing beats a V8 in a gemini
