This is such a wonderful tribute to an amazing man.
I have to wonder what would have been different if Aurthur hadn't been such a recluce all those years - how many more of us would have been able to hear him 'thru the changes'
110 out of 100 because i havent heard of these guys till the damned covered alone again and these guys are special not recognized by pop culture but it makes them so much more special
The very brilliant Arther , such a great songwriter , musician a great tallent over many years , i will always love his songs and lyrics , Thank you .......................
A mindblowingly fabulous song - and what a sorely missed talent, universes apart from the effluence of X-Factor/American Idle and all that other chavvy music. Cowell take note, you can't buy talent like this.
Shame about the gruesome Lauren Laverne drawl f**king it up at the end.....
Amazing. I've always loved the musical ending to this song between the horns and strings. Amazing to think these guys lived a mostly anonomyous life. I hope it was a good one for them. Forever Changes one of the greatest albums ever.

I don't know how I could have been such a big rock fan for decades and never heard Love. Well, I'm making up for lost time. Just bought Forever Changes (the album this comes from)--excellent.
Arthur Lee.....silent American musical genius....in a league of his own; one of a kind.... remember hearing this song in summer of 1969 on New York radio.... this song seemed to descend from a higher-dimension and transported you to a realm of haunting beauty. Massterpiece!
Thanks for posting - I was at the front - must upload some video! - this was a real high point for me - first time to see Arthur Lee and with such a great band/mini orchestra. Superb - and then onto see Radiohead - Hail to the Thief. Whoever gave me the sambuca - many thanks - thanks to John with whom I tried to storm the stage (from ludicrously far away) - I got lost after that and nearly froze! Woke up with broken glasses. Happy memories!!
@lucydiane51 I'm really grateful I got to see him play 3 or 4 times before he died - all wonderful, beautiful performances. I also have 'Between Clark And Hilldale' from the same gig on my channel...

It is nice to see and hear some Love on Youtube, as it was a shame to see all of the studio stuff taken down by the evil music corporation.

So angry with myself that I didn't see him before he died. I had a chance in 2003. RIP Arthur... and Bryan
