I went to NYC in 97, 98,and 99. Not once did I ever sleep on a cot or a bunkbed or anything but the ground. I still remember that first Fall 97 tour very well, it rained for all but 3 days and we still had the time of our lives :)
@unicuber I know what you mean but on certain jobs some times the parks provide thing things. But yeah usually we were think more about how much room we had on the trucks and trailers and bunk beds were out of the question.
Man, NYC was the best time I ever had. It was so hard the first week, but I just pushed my way through, and when I look back on it, I had so much fun, and made so many friends, I'm still in contact with a lot of them too.

I allso went to Nyc but no buddey gets why it is called NYC whenit is NORTHWEST YOUTH CORPS!!!......I was allso in TNT...but it was TNT2...i was in the red crew and I have the helmet to prove it but I think that nyc was fun but hard at first but at the end of the month long program i had want to go home so bad a see my family and my computer............................i live in FEDRAL WAY WASHINGTON AND A HAD TO GO ALL THE WAY TO EUGENE OREGON TO DO THE PROGRAM!!!!
Im going this summer, Cant wait!
