I saw Akhlaq Ahmad once in my life while i was studying at PAF School Mianwali; his relative was at PAF and one of his relative my class mate "Mummah"; he came to pick her up that was the only I have seen this great singer in my life in 1980's - May his soul rest in peace - Ijaz

..You have got the dates wrong..I think it is a common error..however I think you will rectify this ..I remember in 1997 when Mr Akhlaq Ahmed used to come to my ofice in London and spend hours with me..although he was critically ill at the time ..regularly attending his hospital appointments..BUT. always talking about his family..whom he was missing all the time..especially his son..sadly it was not to be for long as he passed away in NEWHAM-GENERAL HOSPITAL-EAST LONDON
