No. They're speaking spanish. Only Ibaka speaks french (that's the reason of subtitles). They talk about the manner of playing basketball of Ibaka, quite similar to Kevin Garnett's. They also say that he has been seen by 8 NBA scouts and he's only playing in the second spanish division.
It seems that Ibaka will be one of the future stars in Europe. He was born in september of 1989 in Congo.

That he is 18 y.o. from Congo, "discovered" by Anicet Lavodrama "acb hall of famer", good skills shooting, rebounding and bloking, very athletic (was won dunk contest ACB 2008-2009 last week), 1 year playing in Hospitalet spanish 2nd division (this year he will play in Manresa ACB 1st division), mentally strong and that he will must improve many many aspects like dribbling, control and 1on1.
