Fraps(trial version) only lets you capture 30 seconds of footage at one time and I didn't time it right.

Pull huge number of mobs,bring back to war(s), use a shaman and slow warrior for maximum procage, war uses rampage,BOOM,mobs die or you do :P

There is also another warrior aa that the rank 1 is bugged so it acts like a second rampage for mobs with tons of health. I can't remember the name of it though.
