the first one was probably the early beta stage. i would have been cool is okami was like that, but the second one looks like its developing more in the style of the okami we know and love today.

@98dusana No,Once you finish it they will ask you for a new game.Click yes and save it in whereever you want to save it.The new game will be a little sparkly which means it what I call a "Special" new game.Once you have a new game with that you will began with all the weapons expect Solar flare,Thunder edge and the Tundra beads.You will also have all the money,demon fangs,and praise you had before and also all the scrolls about things you discovered,animals discovered,enemys,and all the others.

@98dusana If you collected a good score in demon fighting,praise,yen(money),dea­ths(0 or 1),and some other ranks you can have a karmic transformer which is really awesome to me ^_^.You also will have Golden ink pot,Golden lucky cat,String of beads(if you collected all the stay beads) and a couple others if you bought them from the demon fang traders,You can`t have all your brush powers and a couple of dojo moves, Holy eagle,Digging champ,etc.

As i said to a friend of mine recently: "Ironically, the best zelda game on the wii is not made by nintendo, but by capcom" (And you CAN'T deny the similarities, going around as a wolf, removing a curse that makes everything dark and stuff.... It just couldn't be a coincidence!)

well as far as i know they wanted to make okami more to the traditional japanese painting style since it was basicly based on partly that anyways, they were planning on making it a more different graphic game untill they got the idea of what we know okami to be like today.... but i love okami anyways, it was a beautiful game, with a beautiful story and everything, it even makes me tear up everytime i get to the end of the game ;')

Actually that's not a Beta version...it's the trailer for the playstation2 version of Okami. Which predates the Wii version. So it's not what Okami COULD have looked like it's what Okami DID look like. I'm sure Capcom stuck with the pretty ink painting because it works better with the wii graphics...not to mention it just looks awesome.

The only reason Capcom didn't make the game with realistic graphics is because the PS2 couldn't handle it so they decided to opt out for a Sumi-e style instead. And the Wii had nothing to do with the art direction, because Capcom did not originally make it for the Wii. It was meant to be a PS2 exclusive but after Clover broke up Capcom thought they could make extra money by making a Wii version so they cut up the game and changed the graphics and re-released it.

@XenintheTerminator I'onno. Okamiden's director (Or one of the Okamiden team's ofther members, I can't remember) said that they're trying to start a new Okami franchise on the DS with Okamiden, or something like that. Basically, they're trying to continue the Okami series.

Nothing! Its hard the first try. The things u can get at the end of the game are karmic Transformers when u get like, no deaths, alot of praise stuff like that- another is the 2nd secret theatre, when u get all the karmic transformers-all, and i mean ALL the stray beads for the stray bead necklace that gives u invincibillity, infinite ink, and attack power x10 (as in kill imps in 1 shot) not sure if im forgettin anything but i hope this helps!
