earthbound is actually called mother 1+2 in japan hence the reason why the first mother is also known as earthbound zero

MOTHER 1+2 is a GBA game that has both MOTHER 1 and 2 in it.

MOTHER 1 is for the NES, and is known as EarthBound Zero

MOTHER 2 is for the SNES and is known as EarthBound

MOTHER 3 is for GBA too, amd is known as EarthBound 2.

YOU need to get the game names right.

The title In Melee is MOTHER 2.
