Hi Waywardmuse. Long-nosed Dragons are quite common along rivers and waterholes in arid Western Australia. It's funny not many have video of them, because they are often fairly tame and curious animals.
I really enjoyed this. Working on something similar regarding wildlife that congregates around a pond in the Sonoran Desert. First time to see a long-nosed dragon! Are sightings rare? I've never seen Irwin or any other aussie's talk about them in show. Nice work!
