for everyone saying things about ray's jersey, that was always his schtick but if you watch the end of this fight, the linesmen actually has a hold of Ray and Ray just comes out of it, it wasn't his usual schtick of losing the jersey, I think the linesmen actually made it easier this time.

Listen, Ray was a very smart fighter with the way he wore his equipment. (Sliding off), and yes he had a good punch. Once the equipment rule came into play, Ray was nothing more then a glorified punching bag.
I like Rob Ray, and he was not a pussy. And as much as I like Ray, and dislike Stevens, only chance Ray has is if his clothes come off.
I am not trying to pick a fight here, but I am realistic as well.

actually, he was a pretty bad fighter before the jersey rule (so thank god he used that tactic). After that rule he had some really impressive wins and a lot of TKO's.....he lost more than a few but he was an undersized enforcer and he was balls out every fight.....none of that shit u see today where they lock each other up and throw one or 2 punches every 10 seconds and play defense

I recall watching the game, and many Buffalo-NJ games. Claude Lemieux was the cheapest SOB in the league, and always ran away like a bitch when someone would confront him after a cheap shot. So when Ray had the chance, he took it.
