They invited him to the stage, I guess they really wanted him there. He's a great actor and he's also got a great voice and he did a lot for Joy Division and New Order because of "24 Hours Part People" and other stuff. He is one of the reasons I got into those two bands and I love them.

It's overboard to say that this version sucks due to the death of Ian. Yes, its not the same and it would be made better by having Ian sing it, but New Order survived and they made a wonderful contribution to music.

Joy Division and New Order are each wonderful in their own right.
