La perfeccion entre los humanos no existe y las personas que no cometen errores no son humanos.
Pero nimodo, supongo que ya tenes entendido que felicidades y felicitaciones son sinonimos. (No me reclames de las tildes, no se los codigos en mi computadora portatil)
