I was at NAMM 2010 and I played one of these but in a 100 watt 2x12... IT WAS AMAZING!!! :D but... I can't find it anywhere after that... anyone heard about it at all?
@axavm Sounds great man. i got a few questions. can you take two of the tubes out and get half power like a Marshall? if so does it still sound good? also are you still happy with it? sorry for all the questions but nobody has one in stock where i live so I'm doing a little research before shelling out 1500 without actually hearing one.
@TheDashboardSaint - As far as I understand, amps that have 4 tubes, you can remove the outer 2 or the inner two and as long as you switch the impedence in 1/2 it works. I would contact Randall though. I play it soft in that room and it's ok, but like most amps, it gets better when you crank the master cut the channel level down to keep it in check. I'm doing an Extreme tribute thing so for what it is - close to Nuno's live tone, it's good. You could always look at getting a power soak too...

Sounds good mate, Like the playing as well you will have to show me the pick throw in the fingers chicken picking thing you do sometime!!! Looks like a fun Amp although it is a vast departure from the Greg Howe tone you were seeking their for a while!

Yeah, Overall I really like the tone of the Randall it is Raw & old school which is a good thing! Play on.....
