Nolan has confirmed these main points:

*The Riddler will not be in the film.

*Bane will be a villain, played by Tom Hardy.

*Selina Kyle will be played by Anne Hathaway - note how he has not confirmed Catwoman. Selina may just be a love interest.

*This will be the last film in the series.

Marion Cotillard has also been reported to play a role (possibly Talia al Ghul), although it has not been confirmed. I have a hunch that Bane will only be a "pawn" villain, similarly to Scarecrow in BB.

batman might die in this 3rd movie bcoz they say this will be the last batman movie but did u know that The Bronze Age Huntress was Helena Wayne, the daughter of the Batman and Catwoman. but she was not that famous as her parents so DC erase her and made the new hunters which is known today. so i think nolan will revive helena to continue the bloodline/story. with new movie to came hehe who knows right?

catwoman in the original comics she was inspired by batman so she made her own suit she is already in the move but never been caught until batman came

she is more of anti hero not a villain back in the DC comics they had a child they called it helena wayne but unfortunately she's not that famous like her parents so they replace her with a new name and new identity. but they say that this batman will be the last batman movie. so i think nolan might bring back helena to life to start a new story

If David Tennant is truly been picked to play the Riddler, the rest of the movie watching world will see how truly gifted he is as an actor. I certainly liked to see Two-Face return. I haven't had enough of him yet. Though, I'd like to think that he'd get off the whole "avenging Rachel" bit. Two-Face was always about the balance of order and chaos, vengeance and justice, crime and law. Going around shrieking "Rachel!" isn't good motivation. He should instead be weighing the future of Gotham, whether the city deserves to be preserved by forces of law and order or descend into chaos, by the flip of a coin.

There is no real news on the 3rd Chris Nolan Batman film as he hasn't stated that he will definately be directing it as of yet. Although Chrstian Bale signed up for 3 films so he is contractually obliged to do the 3rd film even if Nolan isn't to direct it, which I'm almost certain he will do anyway. As for the villains I guess The Riddler is the most obvious one to go for I'd hate to see the likes of Poison Ivy or the penguin turn up and that goes for Robin too.
