Over the past 12 months PacWind has suffered a loss of four key employees, including several investors as well as of yesterday their general counsel. Word is that as usual the vertical axis turbine production numbers have been fudged or altered in a way to increase sales and distribution of a product that does not work well. Its a shame that PacWind cannot just own up to the false production claims, fix the product, then reenter the market when they actually have working models.

Don't be manipulated by this guy. If he was a true businessman, he wouldn't need to try to convince us of anything. He would just do it. What he wants is to build public support for the government to take millions of acres of land and GIVE it to him, to set up a wind power and water supply monopoly.

We in the Netherlands could do the same. We have wind and we have gas.

But the rightwing parties are only talking about a new nuclair kernplant. Which would cost us about 4.000.000.000,- euro.

For thousands of years you need to store the waste...

That is a very bad thing to do to people that will live hundreds and thousands of years in the future .... just because we were too stupid to use solar and wind and other natural energy

Not a single person "invented" anything for "humanity" it was all for profit. From the light bulb to the modern engine, steam turbines and yes wind turbines.

What has changed in the past few years is the incentive to invest or invent new energy alternatives. Wind is ready to compete with coal and natural gas for electricity. And soon solar will bee there too. Necessity is the mother of all invention. And I'm glad to be alive to watch it happen.

Natural gas is already outrageous just using it as a home hearing fuel. What makes your plan look so appealing with natural gas? If it is already over priced how in the world can you say it will be cheaper? And do we not just need to get off all these fossil fuels anyway? I don't know about all this as being this amazing solution. Solar and wind yes, natural gas hmmm I am not so sure sorry.

It's better for the environment to produce electricity from wind and solar then from natural gas. It's also better to run your car on natural gas, then on gasoline/diesel. Natural gas cars are multi fuel vehicles that can run both on natural gas and gasoline. You can always chose the what's cheapest. Natural gas and bio gas are only production names for the same thing, methane gas. So by building an infrastructure for natural gas, you are also building one for biogas.

How do you convert a car from "gas" to "natural gas"? How much does that cost?

Are you sure that this isn't just a racket to get the price for natural gas sky high by increasing the demand? As I recall you have quite a bit of it. We're already hearing that it is going up 50% this winter.
