I was driving my Porche and someone for whatever reason pulls out from the lane beside me and hits the corner of my car and we both drive straight into the side barrier. He was a horrid driver. No signal! He pulled right out in front of me and didn't make it. My point is that SOMETIMES it is not the drivers fault.
