The one I always loved was the customers who could not tell the difference between a Bookstore and Library. They were either like guy who would read the book and ask for a refund or they would sit in the store all day reading/researching. We solved the last one by getting rid of our comfy chairs and complimentary coffee. It is one thing to browse and skim the book it's another to read the whole thing there!
